Digital Ad Specialist
Sease Gerig is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Ad Specialist to manage and optimize digital ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience, be analytical, and be able to interpret data. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and a strong understanding of ad platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms.

Ensure ad placements and creative are set up accurately and perform quality checks.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.

Troubleshoot technical issues with ad tags and platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth workflow.

Generate performance reports and insights for future campaigns.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and technologies.

Manage campaigns across Display Ads, Google Search, YouTube, and OTT channels.

Building landing pages.

Ensure all ads meet platform policies and are aligned with industry standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Marketing, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in digital ad trafficking or campaign management.

Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics.

Familiarity with ad trafficking tools like Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite and Google Tag manager pixel implementation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Basic knowledge of HTML, java script, tracking pixels, and web technologies (preferred).

Have experience with digital ad exchanges, A/B testing ad bid strategies and audience segmentation.
Compensation:
​
The salary range is $45,000 to $60,000 annually, based on experience.
